Frame and Hang Studio Gallery landed in Bellevue in 2013, starting out upstairs at 404 Fairfield Avenue Phil quickly grew into his own space. Phil left the corporate world to follow his passion. His Bellevue roots run deep; as his mother’s family is from Bellevue. As a child, Phil spent a lot of time in Bellevue, and has seen the revitalization of the business district first hand along with the ups and downs. Choosing Bellevue for his shop was a natural decision. He is so connected and loves the river cities because of the history and charm. His work ranges from local artists next door to corporate framing for the giants across the river in Cincinnati. From the highest quality shadow boxing and framing, to just saying hello, Phil aims to serve the need of every person that walks through his door.
